A Sunny Outcome for Solar Panel Companies That Sued the Government

A High Court Judge has found in favour of fourteen solar panel companies affected by Government cuts to solar electricity subsidies. The ruling could see the UK government’s Department of Energy and Climate Change shelling out the 130m pounds in compensation that has been requested by the companies.
